ABOUT ME
I am a current resident of Livingston Co. w/my husband Charlie and our two dogs Gumbo and Zoey. Besides family & my pups, my passions include skiing, soccer, baseball, football, and hiking. I enjoy a good glass of sweet white wine, a weak cup of iced coffee, BBQ, and breakfast foods. The adventurer in me loves camping, going to the beach, fall time, (hard) cider mills and travel. You can add painting, crafting, and organization to my list, too. My all-time favorite color is green. I like a clean car- cuz who doesn't. Lastly, my bucket list includes seeing all of Michigan's 126+ registered lighthouses.

My husband and I both graduated from Brighton High School, which has allowed us to create a great connection within the community. We are very happy to call Livingston County home. I am eager and excited to show why this is such an amazing place to live!
I bring 9+ years of title experience and an Interior Design degree to the Real Estate industry. I’m passionate, caring, honest, and motivated, and I will work hard to get the best possible results for you. CMA
After meeting you at your home or property, snapping pictures, and taking note of important features, I will conduct thorough research to select similar listed and sold homes to present these findings in a report, known as a Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA. By comparing these properties to yours, together we can come up with an ideal value, thus price, of the home. This report is complementary.
PROFESSIONAL DRONE AERIAL LISTING PHOTOS
Fantastic quality
I have a fantastic vendor I prefer to use for professional listing photos that I highly recommend. He completes drone aerial photos of your property, wide-lens interior photos (to capture the entire room), as well as video footage for those wanting a virtual tour of their home.
CONTINUOUS LISTING UPDATES
Virtual Portal automatic email updates
Along with my constant contact via text, phone calls, and meetings, as a buyer client, you will receive complimentary Virtual Portal automatic emails giving you results of homes that fit your search criteria. This is a fantastic tool for both you and I to stay up-to-date with new listings in order for us to jump on it. It also allows you to relax and let me do all the searching for you.

During these unprecedented times, we now realize we need to enter real estate listings with safety, health, and sanitation in mind. I will do my best to advice you of all concerns and how we will address these issues. Sanitizer, gloves, masks, and shoe booties are available upon your request.
QUALIFIED CLIENTS
Pre-approval
As COVID-19 addressed many concerns when dealing with real estate, it also helped agents with Listings rule out any non pre-qualified buyers from entering their home unneccessarily. This technique continued over into the current market. MOST, if not ALL, listings require clients to obtain pre-approvals by their lenders before conducting a showing. I will carry this practice over for all my clients.
